Photo: Rock 'n Rolll

This is another photo of one of the bands along the route of the P.F. Chang's Rock & Roll Marathon.  These are kids from Phoenix's North High School who were playing along with loud rock music that played in giant speakers to help motivate and entertain the runners.

They clearly were enjoying this activity.

North High School may have been north when the school was founded, but it is only about 3 miles (5 km) north of downtown and is very much in Central Phoenix.
