This is another photo of central Phoenix from my office. The large glass building is the Sandra Day O'Connor Federal Courthouse.
Retired Supreme Court Justice O'Connor is an icon in Arizona, and deservedly so. The Law School at Arizona State University is also named after her, and will be moving to downtown Phoenix from Tempe.
This is a view from the north. You would never have a building in the intense sunlight of Arizona with this much glass facing any direction other than north.
