One of the things that people love about Spring Training Baseball is that the Major League Baseball players are more relaxed, and they interact with the fans much more than they do during the regular season.
In this photo, superstar Albert Pujols is walking off the field after he was done playing. He waved to fans, and then he took off his wrist band and tossed it up to a fan as a souvenir. You can see the wristband in mid air in this photo.
This week we have photos of Bangkiok, Thailand, on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

Gestures of tossing gifts to the fan are a fun part of Sprint Training, especially for children.
When I saw a game at Wrigley Field one time, a fan gave a foul ball to a very small child in the stands. The child was too young to understand that he could keep the ball. He evidently thought that balls belong on the field rather than the stands and threw the ball back onto the field.
Everyone groaned.
Dave - great to know you are a fellow Cardinals fan! Still love Pujols - he is a class act. Too bad Cardinal organization didn't take better care of him.
Nice gesture on his part.
How fun...I have yet to get anything like that thrown at me =)
