Continuing with the series from the past several days, here is a photo of the door on the Plymouth Woody car. I can't imagine using wood like this as the material for the outside of a car. I would be too worried about scratches and door dings to park such a car in any parking place. In fact, even today I park my car way away from other vehicles in parking lots so I don't get door dings.

I would imagine this wood would need some care to preserve the beauty.
It seemed normal at the time. Now we can appreciate what nice wood it was.
