This elegant dish was white sturgeon "caviar," avocado, and hazelnut.
In Scottsdale we have many fine dining options and many locally owned restaurants.

Looks very ineresting. You will have to tell me where this is.
This does not look like it was served in an "all-you-can-eat" buffet restaurant. Nor at a drive-thru. i bet the waiter when presenting this serving did not say "Do you want fries with that?"
Good looking but caviar with crackers?
