Very bright and cheerful flowers. Here in Yorkshire the sun has at last come out, been waiting all morning, from behind the heavy cloud cover. Yes it is cold today, again.

I LOVE cactus flowers,such a burst of color. Since moving to Arizona from the midwest I have enjoyed all of the vibrant contrasts between earth and sky. It is amazing, almost alien to me.
