Look how beautifully camouflaged they are against the concrete.
Basking in the sun, wouldn't that be a nice thing to do today? Alas, work calls.
The concrete border must reflect warmth to make them toasty on both sides.
They do the same thing in my fenced-in yard. I guess they feel safe there, as well.
