Photo: Rock formations in White Pocket, Vermillion Cliffs
Stuart said that when the visited White Pocket during Labor day weekend, they spent 3 or 4 hours there exploring it, and they were the only ones there.
The shapes of this rock formation look like layers of icing on a cake.
The reason they could have such a scenic place all to themselves is that it is reachable only by a four wheel drive vehicle that can handle the rocky road.
Today is Sunday, so we have new photos posted on our
Viva la Voyage
travel photo site. This week we are showing photos of Antigua, Guatemala, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Looks like the only way I could get there is to rent a jeep!
