Photo: Chihuly Tower and Saguaro Cactus

I will show a few more photos of the Chihuly exhibition that is on display at the Desert Botanical Gardens.

I wonder if they will again have a fundraising campaign to buy one of the installations as a permanent addition to the Gardens like they did, successfully, last time.  And I wonder which of the many installations on display will be the one that they try to make permanent.

This week we have underwater photos from our recent trip to the Galapagos Islands posted this on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

If they raise money to make another Chihuly a permanent part of the collection, my prediction is that it will be the round blue star burst just inside the entrance.

The glass sculptures they added the last time are just outside the entrance.

This one is so tall that you can see it from many places in the garden.

This is really a beautiful one. It would be a good one to keep. I love the ones at the entry that are now permanent.
