Photo: Squeezing out of the car

I mentioned yesterday that it was a tight squeeze to drive the big Mercury into the upper deck within a car-carrying tractor-trailer.  Here you see the truck driver slithering out of the car.  It is a good thing this car was a convertible.  If it was a chardtop, I don't see how he could have made it out.

This week we are showing some photos of the colors and beauty of Nova Scotia's Cape Breton Island on  our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

If the owner was watching, he or she would be nervous about now.

The car fits like a glove... not so much for the driver though! Hehe, still, it doesn't take away anything from how nice the car seems to be. Is it off to a car show or something?
