Photo: The Boulders of Camelback Mountain

The weather is nice so we are back to hiking.

Here is a photo from our hike on the west side of Camelback Mountain.

Growing up in Arizona, I have always enjoyed rocks.

Tomorrow check out what happens during hiking season.

Check out gorgeous photos of the red rock and rushing waters of Sedona, Arizona at Viva la Voyage!

Since you grew up in the Arizona desert, it is a good thing that you like rocks. If you prefer the countryside covered in lush meadows and thick forests, you would be sorely disappointed.

what a remarkable palette you have to work with there. no wonder southwestern art is so distinct.

I grew up in Boston, but I too like the landscape of Arizona. Especially the rocks you have been showing.

Great place to hike. You can spot critters this time of year. Watch for those diamond backs.

Clueless In Boston and Scottsdale DP are my two favorite photo sites. You cats rock!

Slamelback is a sweet climb, indeed.
