This photo is of Chihuly's Chiostro di Sant Apollonia Chandelier. It looks so beautiful, feathery, and fragile. It is located in one of the cactus garden houses, where Chihuly installed several glass chandeliers. This one is the most elegant.
I hope you find that these Chihuly photos are like a bouquet of flowers that help you start your day right. I will continue to drop in this type of eye candy over time.

The way you've captured this glass against the black background enhances a sense of organic-ness. Nice job.
This is a beautiful shot! I love this one too!
c'est magnifique, cela me fait penser a une fleur des mers.
is wonderful, it makes me think of a flower of the seas
Just falt out gorgeous.
This one looks so different at night than it does in the daytime. I like the way you've captured it here.
That's amazing!
Thanks for your visit .. I didnt take the photo ..These are friends of mine who a year ago .. almost to the day lost almost their entire home when it was hit by a tornado .. they survived by hiding in a closet for hours .. the house is now being repaired/rebuilt, insurance is finally resolved and these two boys got scholarships ... w/o them who knows if they could have gone to college full time ...
This is another gorgeous shot! Would really love to see the Chihuly exhibit!
I have one (only one!) barrel cactus, you can see it on my 'piece of nature...' blog :-)
It's gorgeous, like some beautiful sea creature. Are these for sale or on exhibition?
His studio produces some amazing works of art.
Wow! I wouldn't know what this was if you didn't tell us. Fascinating!
a visual stunner!
Yes, it looks great. And You have Your photos for 'theme day' in march :)
Eye candy it is. I wonder how you'd go about cleaning one of these.
Beautiful Capture. Love it
DC offered a friend of mine some art in trade if he would design a home for him out in Joshuah Tree. He said, hell no you cheap @#$$% pay me. DC would most likely have given him second rate work he'd never have been able to unload.
