Photo: Cheerleaders

Footyball players, marching band, what else should there be at a high school game?  Cheerleaders, of course.

This photo shows part of the Saguaro High Schho cheerleaders.  As I mentioned when I started this series, this game was dedicated to the team's equipment manager, Tug Garcia, who had suddenly passed away the week of this game.  The cheerleaders, like most of the students, wore special t-shirts that were dedicated to him.

Today is Sunday, so we have new photos posted on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.  This wee we are showing photos of the remarkable street art of Valparaiso, Chile.

Football, marching bands, cheerleaders, school plays and concerts, are all part of the educational experience outside the classroom that help round out an education.
