These were part of a series of lighted cacti that surrounded one of the fountains along the canal bank that is part of the Scottsdale Waterfront condo complex.
Yesterday I showed a scene of the Wild Flower Current by Mary Shendell along the canal bank, and I do not know if these were part of the same installation.
This week we have photos of the wildlife and people of Tanzania posted on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

Wow, I didn't see this either. I missed a lot of interesting sites.
They are spicing up the visual experience for pedestrians.
