Today's worldwide Daily Photo Theme is "Water's Edge." I hope this will be a little different than the typical interpretation of the theme. This is not the shoreline of a lake, river or the ocean. It is the edge of another form of water -- mist.
This is another photo that I likely would not have taken if I did not have a Daily Photo blog. While in the Monarch Butterfly Pavilion at the Desert Botanical Garden, I noticed that the sun was streaming through the screened ceiling of the pavilion and the rays were catching the mist sprayed into the pavilion to add humidity for the butterflies.
Misters are a popular form of cooling in our dry desert air, whether used for butterflies in the Desert Botanical Garden or used by restaurants on patios for outdoor dining.
This week we are showing photos of Cambodia on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

Would you please link your post to the Theme Day page on the City Daily Photo portal at http://citydailyphoto.org/index.html
Unlike the previous portal, this one does not automatically link you, but requires you to go in and enter your own details into a Linky. If you enter anything incorrectly, I will come through and fix it up for you.
Good one Julie!
Makes a nice photo. Didn't realize the butterflies needed this.
