The foreground of this photo looks like it could be an agave farm, but the background shows that it is an office building.  It is the headquarters of Forever Living Products, which sell aloe vera products for both skin care and health drinks.

Aloe vera is make from agave plants.  Native Americans have long known the the medicinal properties of aloe vera.

This office building is on the shores of McCormick Ranck Lake in Scottsdale.
