Here is another hillside house in Paradise Valley. This is on a knoll part way up Mummy Mountain. Leona Helmsley used to have a home on Mummy Mountain.
Building on this high and steep a slope is rather controversial, as you can see that they had to flatten the lot to build the house, and dump the tailings below the house, scarring the natural slope and rocks of the mountain.

Wow! Spectacular.
I'm not a big fan of letting wealthy people destroy the view of the public by building huge places on hillsides.
