The boxer's name is Stella.
Stella would not ever grab food off the plate so no need to worry that she will take it, but she will have an intense, singularly focused stare.

Oh, Oh! She's going to be able to wait for just so long!!
A very disciplined animal!!
I have a counter surfer lab/border collie mix. He has eaten an entire stick of butter, not to mention last week's enjoyment of an entire package of beef jerky!! LOL This made me smile.
What a sweetheart!!
What a beautiful dog!!! and a good girl.
So glad you used a photo of beautiful Stella for today's post.
Oh the temptations that Stella has to overcome. She is a very good girl!
Stella knows that Glenda will share some people food with her at the end of the meal.
great pic! I just popped over to your travel blog....You have captured such beauty!!!! Thanks for sharing with all of us.
Not only is Stella a good girl with excellent manners, she's quite a cutie. Nice one for theme day!
My Stella! She did indeed receive a few tidbits in her bowl after we were finished eating. Part of the Stella routine.
Oh she's adorable and this is a great photo. So happy to see Glenda's absolutely beautiful boxer.
She has remarkable self-control. But, relying on her to refrain by leaving the steak so close is getting into the zone of "You deserve what you get!"
Waiting for her opportunity or your carelessness...
However did she learn to leave the meat alone???
I think she is trying to will that hunk of meat into her mouth by staring at it! She's adorable!
