I could have taken this photo to use for the "mystery object" theme for the October 1 theme day. This is not a cactus. This scene is only 2 blocks from our house. This is rather typical of roadside landscaping in the Town of Paradise Valley, which is tucked in between Scottsdale and Phoenix. I will let you guess what this is while I show you some more photos of it during the next couple of days.
This week we are showing photos of the the Atacama Desert of northern Chiles on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site. The colors and landscape are spectacular.

I'm going to give it my best guesstimation...I have seen the "palm tree" cell phone towers....IS this a hidden camera cactus?

I know the answer, since I drive by this cactus about 2 blocks from our house every day, but I will keep it so myself.
Has to be a Cell Phone tower.
