Photo: Luminaries Walkway

It is about that time to buy tickets to the generally sold-out Luminaries Night at the Desert Botanical Gardens.

Members can buy their tickets starting today.

This is a great tradition with music, walking through the cactus at night, and with great food.

The holidays are coming.

Check out our travel photos of the architecture of Villa Balbianello in Italy at Viva La Voyage!

Luminarias at the Desert Botanical Garden (and elsewhere_ are a great holiday tradition in Arizona.

What a brilliant idea, more botanical gardens should do it, in fact I should suggest it for ours here in Perth. What a lovely way to spend an evening.

I would enjoy this. German Village, my old neighborhood in Columbus, has a wonderful Village Lights tradition with luminaria through the whole village on a Sunday night in December. I loved it. Think I might go back this year.
