Scottsdale has 174 golf courses. Tom Weiskopf, the famous pro golfer, has said that "With our weather, courses and mindset, Scottsdale has no rival in the world when it comes to golf."This is a photo of reflections in a lake at the McCormick Ranch Golf Course. It is one of the older golf courses in Scottsdale, as newer courses do not use this much water.

This does not look like a scene that is in the middle of a desert.
Dave is right, this doesn't look like a desert golf course at all.
I'm still getting over the 174 golf courses!! How are the greens kept green, although on saying that even when we have water restrictions here in Summer the golf courses are always green, bore water for sure.
