Photo: Three Palm Tree Sunset

Here is a photo of a sunset taken from the west side of Camelback Mountain.

I like how the three palms are together and the yellowish light profiles the trees and bushes.

Check out gorgeous photos of the red rock and rushing waters of Sedona, Arizona at Viva la Voyage!

This is different than the classic cacti silhouetted against the sunset. Palm trees are native to Arizona only in one canyon near Yuma.

Homeowners in Arizona face a choice regarding their landscaping design: desert or tropical. Today you are showing someone who chose tropical.

@Dave-CostaRicaDailyPhoto...I did not know this about the Arizona palm trees. Interesting.

Hi Julie! Thanks for your very nice comment on Ocala today!

As Sharon said, you do have a talent for sunsets. I like this one especially because of how it sneaks in between the palms and just over Camelback, and the muted colors...which send off a golden glow!
