Photo: Border Fence

Here is a photo of the border fence at Naco.

This is the border between Mexico and Arizona.

The drone I showed you yesterday flies over a large perimeter of this area.

Look at the large industrial lights on the left that are along the border patrol road that runs the length of the fence.

Check out photos of gorgeous Norway at Viva la Voyage!

A paintful subject well documented in Regan's book "The death of Josseline."

This is a good photo of an ugly subject. 30% of the people who are in the USA without legal status never snuck across the border. They entered on tourist or other visas and simply stayed. Maybe the border fence makes my fellow Americans feel better and the politicians can say they have done something, but the billions spent on the border fence will do nothing about the visa overstays. A complete solution is still needed and border enforcement alone will not solve the problem.

Border patrol is a big problem. Everyone wants in this country and lots and lots of them coming in illegally end up on public welfare rolls and get their medical care at emergency rooms. Or at least this is the story we hear in the news here in Ohio. I know there are a lot of people from Central American who get here somehow and work in nurseries. Jobs that nobody else wants.

Wow, that is some fence. Looks like impossible to cross and yet some still do.

Great shot!
