Photo: Federal Courthouse

Here is a photo of the federal courthouse in downtown Phoenix. It is called the Sandra Day O'Connor Federal Courthouse.

The building has a large atrium that you can see through and then you go into the courtrooms from the atrium.

It is a very large building and the atrium makes for interesting architecture.

And the building is named the Sandra Day O´Connor Courthouse, appropriately honoring the first female Justice of the U.S. Supreme Çourt, who lives in Paradise Valley and is still active in Phoenix-area legal and civic community affairs.

Great photo of this huge building. I'm wondering where you were when you took it.
