Photo: Side View of 1925 Courthouse

Here is a side view of the Maricopa County Courthouse in downtown Phoenix.

It was built in 1925 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The building used to be both the County Courthouse and Phoenix City Hall until 1963.

This is the last day in my three day photo series on this historic building.

Check out the Birds, Bridge and Bats of Sydney, Australia at Viva la Voyage!

The colors in your corner of the woods are fantastic!

Nice composition. Looks like the building has interesting stepbacks.

The coloros of the stones/bricks are so warm and rich and so Arizona! The palm tree is like a cherry on top!

So red - it looks like an outcrop of desert stone.

It shows how small Phoenix was in the 1920's that the same building could be both the Phoenix City Hall and the Country Courthouse.
