Rain Cloud Over Red Rock

Here is a photo of a rain cloud over the red rock of Sedona.

The weather can change very quickly in Sedona.

We were out hiking on a lovely day and then all of a sudden as we were taking photos of blue sky we saw this rain cloud coming quickly over this red rock mountain. We stayed awhile to photograph the changing sky and then the rain came.

Check out unique photos of the Maasi and Ngorongoro Crater at Viva la Voyage!

I love the colors of the West.

When those clouds come in they create the most extraordinary light, particularly in a location like this. Beautiful, Julie.

This is a great series -- I can't decide which image I like the best!

The dark clouds can make some dramatic photos.

A rain shower would wash off the feet that you showed in yesterday's photo.

Beautiful. Clouds like that are cause for us Arizonans to celebrate.

So beautiful, again. Strong rains? Evaporating in seconds after finish and solid-ing the air or refreshing?
