We hiked all the way from the paved road and left the car since it was Dave's car and it did not have enough clearance to drive down the dirt road to start the trail.
We hiked and hiked on several trails before getting to the right one that was to Devil's Arch.
I would highly recommend for people to hike to Devil's Arch, as long as you are not afraid of heights. As you can see it is quite breathtaking.
Check out the architecture of Spain at Viva la Voyage!

What a view! Great experience.
Beautiful landscape.
Now this would make a superb painting, with or without the human! It's a great photo, Julie, because of the array of colours as well as the natural architecture.
This was indeed a beautiful hike to take, particularly when we found the right trail.
When you recommend this hike in Sedona, it is wise also to recommend that visitors take with them plenty of water. The dry desert air can dehydrate a hiker much faster than one realizes.
Fabulous. I bet you were packing almost as much water as camera equipment.
Wow, amazing view and beautiful photo!
Unfortunately, the older I get, the less heights agree with me.
Amazing, incredible beauty!!! And the truly amazing part is that it really looks like that. Wonderful photo.
Unfortunately, the older I get, the less burritos agree with me.
Sweet Sedona photos!
Wow! Sedonia is on my list, since I paint and I know there's a whole stream of artists you live and paint in that area. When I saw the title of your blog...must visit! When I see this pic, it's dazzlingly beautiful!
