Backlit Cactus Agave Points

Here is a photo of the Sun backlighting Blue Agave cactus points.

This is the same blue Agave that has the stalk growing out of its center that I showed on Monday of this week.

I like how this photo shows the points and sharpness of the thick, green, fleshy agave leaves. The tips look like they are lit up.

There are over 208 agave species. Some types of agave are used to make tequila.

Check out photos of the Hotel Del in Coronado, California at Viva la Voyage!

This would make a lovely pattern for some fabric!

The light and color of this is hypnotic.

I love this photo. The light, shape and composition is riveting. Walking, running or riding a bicycle past a plant like this would be a good place to be careful not to fall down.

This is nice with the blue and green colors. The light reflecting from the agave is really neat.

Now that looks like something I wouldn't want to fall on. OUCH! Beautiful photo though Julie.
