Sunset From Camelback Mountain

Here is a photo of a beautiful sunset that I took when I hiked Camelback Mountain.

The colors of the sky were so orangish and the silhouette of the cactus on this ridge line made a nice image.

I am looking from the southeast side of Camelback Mountain towards Downtown Phoenix. South Mountain is the mountain in the distance that you are seeing.

And very very soon we will be able to spot the shadows of the wonderful saguaro's flowers.

I have never been there but have heard a lot about it. Tucson has a mountain downtown, or close, with a giant A on it for the university.

It seems that Arizona rarely has a bad sunset. The silhouettes of the cacti are dramatic forms. Thanks.
