Turning the Corner at Biosphere 2

Here is a photo I took while walking inside the futuristic structure at Biosphere 2, which is the largest closed structure in the world and is located in Oracle, Arizona.

I like the feel of this photo.

The futuristic building is quite fun to photograph.

Check out our travel photos of the fabulous architecture of India at Viva la Voyage!

This is another photo that looks like the set for a science fiction movie. I can imagine an excited crew member running around into the view of this photo and exclaiming, "Captain, the reverse thrusters are not working! We will plunge into the gravity field of the giant asteroid in 4 minutes if we cannot accomplish the emergency reactivation cycle, which normally takes 5 minutes."

I agree! And I'm glad that we're reaping the benefits of that fact. :)

It really looks fantastic.

And, it must be fun to be inside the building, too.

That's quite amazing! Could be some station on the moon, Or is it the outer hull of Battlestar Galactica? And does too much scifi damage the brain?????

There's a fun architectural thing to photograph inside and out in Seattle too -- the very futuristic Experience Music Project.
