Swimming Pool at El Conquistador

Here is a photo of the swimming pool at the Hilton El Conquistador resort in Tucson.

Gorgeous isn't it. The backdrop of the mountain really makes for a dramatic swimming spot.

The Tucson tour will continue for the next few days.

This week, the photos on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site features the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia.

This looks like a wonderful setting for a hike in the desert and then a dip in the pool.

I don't see an archive "gadget" on your sidebar or perhaps I did not look carefully enough...?

You certainly had some great light while you were there.

I think I'd love to swim in that pool when the light migrates down to touch it.

It's stunning! I would be too busy admiring the view to even think about swimming.

Swimming there would be like being in paradise.

Would like to mention that any readers who don't visit your travel blog on Sundays don't know what they're missing.

Well, if we ever get tired of the pools at Stone Creek, we now know where to go!

Nice shot; great light!

A great capture, Julie. I've been there many times when I lived in Tucson. Still looking good.
