The musicians were playing in front of Bischoff's, a long established family who have retail stores in Old Town Scottsdale. Tomorrow I will show you the front of one of their stores.
I love Andean music and really enjoyed hearing live music. I have lots of Andean music CDs.
The chili ristras add a nice visual effect to the downtown scene.

Thank you for sharing the moment with us. I can imagine what it must have sounded like as you came upon it. And such warm colors.
I'm with you. I find the music hauntingly appealing;it pulls you in and touches you in a way others don't.
il ne nous manque que le son ;), cela devait être sympathique comme concert.
we lack only sound ;), it was to be nice as concert.
That's an interesting instrument.
Without knowing you add many times much spice into my life.
Been around alot, sometimes without leaving a trace, but for sure am impressed by the composition of your photography.
There is something about this muusic that just draws you in.
Looking forward for the stores. For now, I just want to search Andean musin on Youtube and enjoy chili ristras. Happy weekend :).
Always my favorite and when we are lucky enough to come across a group we will stay for as long as possible to enjoy the music. Great find!
I have to admit, I'm not at all familiar with Andean music. I'll have to look it up later today. Have a happy 4th!
Very nice. I've never heard the music...but will take your word for it!
Very nice! I like this kind of music and I guess these guys who play Andean stuff are everywhere in the world, I've seen such artists in many different places. Simon & Garfunkel owe them one with El Condor Pasa...
God bless you!

I would love to hear the music. Somehow, I imagine it would be similar to our ethnic music too. The hanging chilis provide a lovely and very appropriate background.
Best wishes for National Holiday!
Very cool!
