Here is the bud of the flower from the Mexican Fence Post. I think it is very interesting and is a pretty color and texture. The photo below shows the flower when it opens for a very brief period of time.
The photo yesterday showed the tall Mexican Fence Post and at the base you could see black items, which are these flowers when they fall to the ground.
