My macro lens really made this flower look spectacular. I had to wait patiently as the wind kept moving the flower ever so gently in and out of my lens.
Blue hibiscus only bloom for a short time starting in late February. They are wonderful to behold and I have a row of them against the wall in my backyard.

Gorgeous!
Stunning colors.
Julie, pretty amazing. Worth the wait!
What an amazing photo. Your patience paid off. I, too, have been in the spot where I am trying to take a very close-up picture of a flower and slightest breeze jiggles it out of focus. Frustrating but, in the end, satisfying. ;)
Wonderful color!

Very good shot! I'm going trying some macro myself, but I have alot to learn...
Oh now that is just stunning. This is when I lust after a decent camera with a macro lens - my little point-n-press is great, but these close-ups never work.
Aw.esome colours! The design upon a design is unique and very picturesque
