The pretty blue glass is interspersed with Old Man Cacti. Old Man Cactus are really cool because they have long hair that you can touch and it actually feels like the hair on your head.
I have several of these types of cactus in my yard. It is hard to resist touching the hair on them when you walk by. These cactus also have spines underneath so you cannot actually pet the cactus.

Touchable cactus seems to be an oxymoron, but I take your word for that!
I love the blue glass stalks and how they compliment the fuzzy green ones.
je ne connais pas ces cactus, mais on envie de les toucher. Ils vont très bien avec les tubes bleus
I do not know these cactuses, but they envy to touch them. They go very well with the blue tubes
I like this installation. I love the way it looks at night too.
I agree with Vogon Poet. I don't think I will touch any cacti, as I might touch the wrong kind. It would be the same reason not to eat mushrooms in the wild. What sometimes looks like hair on a cactus can be small fibers that work their way into your skin.
What a great name for these. Those old man cactus are really cool. Never wanted to pet them, however.
Do you normally pet cactus? Heh. Heh. Why the name fiddleheads. They are very beautiful, though.
amazing cactii!
I love them! Love the colour and the shape.
Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Happy weekend and come back tomorrow!

The blue fiddleheads are a departure from Chihuly's usualy curved pieces but beautiful nonetheless.
I killed all my cacti so they run away from me when I approach them. :-)
I had never seen something like cactuses. Beautiful
What a great combination! I've just started having some ideas for my balcony now! :-)
A cactus you can pet! Who would have thunk.
