Amber Cattails

This image looks like dancers around a fire. However, it is Chihuly glass art at night at the Desert Botanical Gardens.

This installation is called "Amber Cattails."

I like the movement in the glass that occurs based on the play of the light at night.

You really capture the sense of movement beautifully. The glass looks alternately like dancers around the fire and like the fire itself.

belle photo, en effet les lumières dansent, c'est très beau. On dirait un feu de joie multi-couleur
nice photograph, in effect light dances, it is very nice. They would say a fire of multi-colour joy

I have been to the Chihuly exhibit at the Desert Botanical Garden only during the day. Your nighttime photos make it appear magical.

I bet thats a great sight to see in person. Is it outside? The glass looks like delicate.

Beautiful installation in the dark but, in my opinion, vaguely menacing. Absolutely effective though, and nicely caught.

Seriously, the fire looks rather like some sort of vegetable.

The lighting makes it very poetic though.

I love this image a lot. Desert Botanic garden? So interesting for me that I want to visit it myself too!
