ReplyDeleteI prefer cacti in the foreground of desert sunset shots. Your photo today raises the question: has Phoenix developed a recognizable skyline? If it were not for the desert sunset, would people outside of Phoenix know that this is Phoenix? I doubt it.

ReplyDeleteI am curious what the answer to Dave's observation is. But, then again, I am not really familiar with the Phoenix skyline. Maybe the question is, how many cities DO have skylines that are recognizable to outsiders? It is probably just a handful.
