Photo: White Sturgeon Caviar

Here is a photo of a unique dish prepared at a restaurant.

I am a big foodie so I love interesting and creative presentations.

This elegant dish was white sturgeon "caviar," avocado, and hazelnut.

In Scottsdale we have many fine dining options and many locally owned restaurants.

Sunday means travel day. Enjoy our photos of the Splendor of Yosemite National Park at Viva la Voyage!

    This does not look like it was served in an "all-you-can-eat" buffet restaurant. Nor at a drive-thru. i bet the waiter when presenting this serving did not say "Do you want fries with that?"
