Photo: Classic Mercury being loaded into a truck

The yellow Mercury looked too big to me to squeeze on the upper deck within a tractor trailer, but even big muscle cars are squeezed into the vehicles carrying the cars away from auction.

After driving a car into a tight squeeze like the inside of a truck, how does the driver get out?  I will show you tomorrow.

This week we are showing some photos of the colors and beauty of Nova Scotia's Cape Breton Island on  our Viva la Voyage travel photo site.

  3. I wonder what kind of mileage this car gets. It was made for a day with 15 cent a gallon gas.

  5. Great shot, Julie. I am not a car guy, but this one kind of appeals to me. Good thing I wasn't at the auction. I might have done something foolish.

  6. Cool capture. I see these kind of semis around this area quite frequently.
