Looking down from the 24th floor you can see these residential houses across the street from the Viad Tower and the light rail line in front that goes down the middle of Central.These red new brownstones with copper turrets and roofing are very unique and not a style that is anywhere else in Arizona.
The zoning allows for professional business use of the first floor. They were designed so that architects, engineers, lawyers, and other professionals could work on the first floor and live on the two floors above. They each have an elevator.
